I should've known just by looking at the square footage size beforehand, but the Hilltop Spirit Halloween is incredibly scaled-down. It basically just functions as a costume shop, and features none of the animatronics and few of the decorations/props that larger units have. While I suppose it does it's job as a store for locals to pick out a costume it does feel rather underwhelming without all the extra stuff included.
