These spaces have had no tenants occupy them since being constructed in 2006. For those keeping track at home, that's a total of four spaces (8,400 square feet) in the shopping center that have sat empty for almost 12 years! It's obvious too because the drywall is still visible inside, having never been painted or covered up, and the ceiling is still exposed with no tiles covering it. The space at long last opened as a BurgerFi on June 29th, 2021.

Opened June 29th, 2021
I finally decided to grab some lunch at BurgerFi today, which is a restaurant that's been on my radar throughout most of the year. BurgerFi occupies a corner space in this shopping center that had sat as a vacant shell since 2007, and they've retained its' concrete floor and parts of the unfinished ceiling are visible. The kitchen/counter area was built out the most, featuring a drop ceiling, while the dining room was given a mix of hanging lights, wood trimmings, and molded seating. It's cool that this space has finally had some life breathed into it, and the meal was rather enjoyable!
