Graflex Pacemaker Crown Graphic with Rodenstock Rotelar 270mm f5.6 telephoto lens. Fuji Velvia 100F positive "slide" film.
Exposure Details
Date: 20-09-2013
Time: 6:04am
Aperture: f16
Shutter: 1/200
I awoke before sunrise determined to get a few shot with the new lens. Of course, this being Doha humidity was about 167%. Most definitely condensing. The Rodenstock is a massive slab of metal and glass and remained steamed up for the next thirty minutes. This, as I framed it, was a rather nice silhouette of the Museum of Islamic Arts with the sun and its reflections in the water rather nicely and precisely aligned. Well, between the overexposure and the steam on the lens there is no museum to see. Still, perhaps not a total loss.
Worked on a little better.

Agfa Ambi Silette with CineStill 500T (aka 800T) negative film. This film is repackaged movie film with the Remjet backing removed and respooled into small canisters for still cameras.
MIA distant. Experimental merge of five seperate frames scanned and then combined using PhotoAcute to perform SuperResolution processing.
I guess I could have picked more compelling subject matter. To be honest my thinking was along the lines of, "I wish I had a longer lens than 90mm. I know, I'll take multiple shots and do a superresolution processing on them so I can crop further." Only I haven't actually cropped this since I wanted to compare it to the other similar shots that weren't combined from multiple exposures.
90mm lens. 1/2second at f11.
