Last fall, our work got extremely busy, and we didn’t have the chance to take a break or visit our usual fall hot spots nearby. However, I still have some images from autumn in 2023, when we were fortunate enough to go leaf peeping at two locations in California. Discovering the fall colors in full bloom at Yosemite was a pleasant surprise for me. A few weeks earlier, we traveled to the eastern Sierras and witnessed fantastic fall colors between the town of Bridgeport and Mono Lake. We stumbled upon some incredible backroad spots near the Sierra, each offering stunning views of the mountains and foothills, with breathtaking scenery all around. I can’t wait to return and explore more in this area.
