This rare car is most probably a mid 1930s Horch Cabriolet-Limousine. It was under reconstruction in a classic car enthusiasts garage behind Automuseum Melle.
I have no further info about this car.
In 1932 Horch merged with Audi, DKW and Wander into Auto Union.
