Could it be 'Charger'? No, finally I figured out it's a 1967 Chrysler Valiant IV Sedan, exclusively made in Argentina.

This 4th (and last) generation Valiant was based on the 3rd generation US 1966 Dodge Dart. It was assembled in Buenos Aires, Argentina by Chrysler-Fevre Argentina S.A.
