The avant garde styled 24 Series was the follow-up of the PL 17. It was presented to the press on June 23, 1963. It was designed by Louis Bionier (1898-1973) who also was responsible for the predecessors Dyna X and Z and the PL 17.
The 24C/24CT had a short wheelbase, the 24B Series had a long one. The Tigre version had the same engine but with higher performance.
The 24 Series would become the very last Panhard passenger car of one of the oldest car manufacturers in the world.
