If you read the blog, you know that the images I've posted so far represent only the last day (in fact, the last hour, really) of my time in Greenland (well, except for one image). Except for the first foggy night (images to come) the rest of the days and the great majority of the visit consisted of bright blue skies with harsh light. We went out on the water anyway and saw some amazing icebergs, this one being one of my favourites (both beautiful and huge - the arch being, probably, over 100 feet tall).. The question then became, what do you do with images shot in less-than-optimum conditions? It became an interesting, sometimes frustrating, challenge for me. I present now a small mini-collection of high key images from those days. I have come to like them quite a bit and I hope you do, too.

Disko Bay, Ilulissat, Greenland.

If you'd like to read more about the Greenland trip itself, take a look at my blog. If you'd like to see more Greenland images, take a look at my Greenland album.
