During the Vancouver Flickr meetup we spent a day at the beach when this huge storm came up. It was amazing (3 more photos in comments)! I'm so happy I got to experience such crazy awesome weather with so many people who appreciate it as much as I do (including the part where we got drenched in massive downpours).
The lovely lady in this photo is my wonderful friend and cousin Emerald. She told me to write in this description about how much I love her... I really love her very much.

This is Whitney. She was one of my biggest inspirations from the very beginning when I started photography, and I used to think, "Dude, this Whitney person is amazing, I wish I could be her friend someday!". Well, turns out we ended up becoming grand friends. A few years ago I never would have imagined she'd take a train to Vancouver to meet me, but she did, and she is even more wonderful in real life than on the internet! I love this girl so much. :)
