They tend to want to spend there lives in grass undergrowth, but like to feed on Blackberry bush flowers

This year we have been invaded by these beautiful butterflies from North africa, I have ont seen one for three years due I think to the past two wet summers.

The elusive Orange tip, finally I have caught with its wings open, a half decent shot, a couple of days ago I posted the orange tip with wings closed, it is remarkable the difference from closed and open in its colour.
This was taken with my new lense
