A minimal annex gallery for the Tafler Gallery of Erotic Art, embraces the beauty of greyscale with pops of mid-century modern and industrial with minimal leanings.

Here is also one of my most accomplished engineering efforts: the 3-story stairwell with viewing balcony, leading up to the second floor.

It is a great pleasure to welcome you to our first modular build: the Zia Gallery-House.

Initially unintended to be modular, but upon the request of a long time Scafall patron and friend, Domch! I thought this was the perfect build to try it out on and here we are!

Originally designed for the painter Zia Branner, this house has certain elements that remind me of her and her work: a closeness to nature, playfulness in the mixing of elements, and strength in the concrete foundation of the build.

■ You can use the object with [Default Layout] labelled if you'd like use my plan for Zia's gallery, or just get some ideas.

Though as intended: you can use all our modular parts (rooms, stairs, deck) and redesign the floor plan whichever way you like.
