Today's self-isolation exercise break was a ride through Newstead Abbey Park and onwards to the top of the old Linby Pit Tip, AKA "The Ranges", returning through Linby old village. It was spookily quiet on the roads and only slightly busier on the trails but it seemed weird to ride past "The Horse & Groom", "The Griffin's Head" and "The Hutt" with not a single car in any of the car parks.
