The Grand Staircase was actually closed off so all the shots of it are with the 5DII held out at arms' length, pointing in the generally required direction!!

The Long Room at Sudbury Hall. Not possible to get a shot "Sans Personne" as the volunteer force were demonstrating their cleaning techniques (very interesting, actually).

Despite the light apparently flooding in from the windows, it was still quite gloomy so another high ISO, low aperture, slow shutter shot.
