Looking, from the Altar, through the Quire, to the Nave of The Church of St. Mary Magdalene, Newark. Quite an amazing church for the size of the town and well worth a visit if you are anywhere near.

I've walked past St. Mary Magdalene's literally hundreds of times but have only been inside once before. It is a glorious church and is beautifully maintained but, at 3 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon I was in there for half an hour and never saw another soul!
