Having seen several spectacular pics of the Derwent Dam on Flickr in the past week, we decided to take advantage of a clear spell and go have a look for ourselves. I've seen water flowing over the dam on several occasions in the past but never as much as this. Taken as a single frame with the Samsung Galaxy S10 phone-cam in "Pano" mode.

A few more pics from our recent visit to the Derwent Dam This one taken with the Nikon P900. Understandably, a lot of spray in this position and pretty much impossible to keep the lens dry. Hence, the colouration caused by water droplets. Actually, I quite like it!
