Just home from a short break on the North Yorkshire coast. Pretty much the sole purpose of the exercise was to "fly" Whitby Abbey with the drone but the weather was abysmal; cold, dull, windy and threatening rain, for the whole three days. As a result, these are, very much, "best of a bad job" pics. Try again next year!

A few more pics from last week's visit to Whitby. Having discovered that my SLR had no sd card in it, this became something of a "phone and drone adventure". Not the first, and I doubt it will be the last! It was dull, cold and windy but this was probably the only time that I would be there this year so just get on with it!

We spotted these rather novel "planters" at the excellent "Stained Glass Centre", at Cayton, near Scarborough, last week. The place is well worth a visit. Google it!
