After an early visit to the Dentist, I had the rest of the morning to myself and so decided to re-visit Poulter Country Park, AKA Langwith Pit Tip, on the Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire border. After an early morning visit to the dentist's, I had the rest of the morning to myself so I revisited Poulter Country Park (AKA Langwith Pit Tip), on the Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire border. This was a "Phone & Drone" day, so here are a few of the phone snaps, for starters! This is the view, looking back, from halfway up the hill, towards the hamlet of Whaley. It brings back memories of some wonderful evenings at "The Black Horse", way back in the late '60s!
