This morning at breakfast in Ballard.....balancing a salt shaker on its edge for The Qua....she was underwhelmed...perhaps because she has seen me do it before at many other breakfasts, lunches and dinners....Dale Chihuly, the renowned Seattle glass artist, was at an adjoining table...he seemed unimpressed as well, but maybe having a patch over one eye made it seem simple....something to do while waiting for the eats.....yummy

Of all the possible images to be found at the paradise on the island - the meadow, the forest, the ocean at Bush point, all the stuff in the studio (lots of props and of course the dolls) - she fixated on some dead flies on the bedroom floor.
I dunno, the woman is certainly special, awesome and most definitely big time strange. Perhaps this image I snapped of her will bring her to her senses (I doubt it); make her realize that her fixation on the bizarre is not in her best interest....perhaps my image of her captures the moment of her epiphany, the breakthrough to the light at the other side.....I doubt it.

I shot this mini 'documentary' with one camera in one three hour period a few years ago with the intention of playing/learning digital editing. It's bumpy in lots of places but if you like cowboys, horses, Cajun music, blues and fellowship and lots of animals you might check it out.....these are my friends where I live (most of the time) in Agua Dulce, California.
