My friend gave me this rose when Richard died, it’s called “Simply the Best” as that was one of the songs played at his funeral. He certainly was simply the best to me and miss him everyday.

Thought I’d choose a throwback photo for today. It’s a memory photo of Mine & Richards wedding day, 12th June 1993. This is obviously Me & Richard with his Mum & Dad and his brothers & sisters.
In 1994 his Dad passed away and now Richard and his parents are reunited.
Been a strange week without his Mum here anymore and tomorrow is 6 months since Richard left Me.

My Friend got me this rose in memory of my Richard. It’s called “Simply the Best” it was the Tina Turner song that was played at Richards funeral, it was one of his favourite songs.

Macmillan Coffee Morning 2021

Sorry not been around today but I’ve had a busy day!
I’ve been holding a coffee morning in aid of the cancer charity Macmillan. I held it in memory of Richard and our friend Brian. We raised £750 and am very happy about that.
