This landscaped garden outside One Island East is specially designed to create a pleasurable environment for the enjoyment of the community. With over 4 acres (185,000 sq ft) of green space and water features, Taikoo Park is home to the 16-feet tall bronze sculpture 'Horse at Water', which rests magically on the still water, enhancing the serene atmosphere in the garden. It is also a popular chill out spot for your lunch break, and an ideal place for outdoor workouts and music performances. Weekly concert series takes place every Autumn since 2011, turning the garden into a sea of picnickers who come to listen to a genre-bending line-up of local and overseas musicians whose styles span everything from indie rock and reggae to bossa nova and electro-pop.
