Since our thirty-fifth wedding anniversary is approaching we decided to take our trip during the best month of the year instead of the depths of winter. It's not often we have a picture of both of us together (my shadow has to qualify since I was not getting closer to the edge! )

A lovely walk along the towpath. I don't generally go birding or do photography with my very patient spouse.....since I don't think anyone on earth has the patience to slow down to my speed :)
