There are devices available for preventing camels from destroying rock holes like this. One is a large strong tripod erected over the hole that prevents the feral pests from drinking all the water. They can empty a hole with one drink. A 100 litres can be drunk by one thirsty animal at one visit!
The camel and the fence would certainly spoil the view and a photo.
