Saw many beautiful sunsets in the Masai Mara and Serengeti, not sure if it was because of their proximity to the equator but they sure were dramatic

Male Lions begin to grow their manes at about twelve months of age and it usually stops growing at age three or four.These two young males arrived with a group of six other lions and entered another lion prides territory and took over a zebra kill, a lot of drama ensued ,here they are tracking the three lions from the other pride, one of which was a large young male and whenever he turned around to face them they would go down and submit and as soon as the others started to move on they would start stalking them again, this went on for over an hour. That night in camp you could hear the lions roaring and challenging all night .It was so interesting to see how lions interact with one another and just how hard their lives are living in the wild.

Two white Rhino's jostling , nothing really came from it, possibly trying to impress a female Rhino in the vicinity.
