I experimented with a bunch of different techniques here, including those new clippy bars for wrought iron fences, several 30° and 45° angles, inverted tiles for an ornate door, and lots of half plate offsets.
The complex construction makes for a lot of seams, which are fitting for stonework. I may share some techniques breakdowns, if there’s interest

This modular building is based on a real building in London (Redchurch Street 85). There is a pizza place and a sports shop on the ground floor and two fully furnished apartments on the two floors above.

It would be nice to know how long each piece had been exposed to sunlight so I would know how to make my own colour variations.
All the tiles in this photo started out as white except for the right most tile which is a new tan piece.
I looked up the hex values of the colours on the web to find names of the closest equivalent color. From left to right they are:
Iron, Light Grey, Double Spanish White, Hampton, Hampton (again), Chalky, Chalky (again) and the tan shows up as Sorrell Brown.
