Nonostante gli inizi stentati, il "rilancio" su Melzo Scalo degli Shuttle GTS proveniente da Bari e precedentemente attestati unicamente a Piacenza, hanno acquisito una consistenza più rilevante.
In questo caso la 483 052 "Freedom" corre lungo la Milano-Piacenza al traino di sei carri doppi rigorosamente carichi dei container aziendali. (16/5/12)

Prima della consegna delle ultime due locomotive di proprietà, GTS ha acquisito anche due E483 da Angel Train in regime di noleggio.
Ecco la E483 006 mentre sfila lentamente a Melegnano al traino del nuovo convoglio intermodale Melzo-Piacenza. (19/12/11)

Anche i convogli GTS diretti nel Nord Europa hanno beneficiato dell'arrivo delle E483 divenendo molto più regolari e permettendo il raddoppio progressivo della frequenza.

The 2011 is a special year for Italy.
150 years ago, for the first time from the age of the Roman Empire, the country was joined after century of fragmentations and dominations.
To celebrate the "birthday" of the Country there were many ceremonies and celebrations, and also GTS decided to create a "special color" for this occasion.
So the ATC E483 001 (ex DBS and Nordcargo) now wears this special livery with the Italian Flag and the slogan "Uniamo l'Italia" (We link Italy).
