Part bus, part boat, it gives tours, both on the streets of downtown Ottawa and on the Ottawa River.
Passengers board on a gangway in back.
One of the fleet sank a couple of years back...
Here's a photo (not mine) of the Lady Dive Amphibus on the water.
In the background, you can see a Daimler double-decker bus operated by Gray Line Tours.

Parked at Dominion Square (Dorchester Square).
It's obviously part of the same overall Quebec Casino promotional campaign as the double-decker shuttlebus to Casino Lac-Leamy that I photographed in Ottawa, but the letter "I" is a different woman.

The one on the left (no. 5931) is a 1959 Ottawa Transit Commission GM TDH-5105 "Old Look" bus, and next to it (no. 337) is a Ottawa Electric Railway 337 1950 Twin 38-S bus.
Taken from St. Laurent boulevard, viewed down a slope. I wish I could have gotten a better angle, but, except on specific days, the general public isn't allowed to get on the grounds of the garage. Fortunately, you can see photos of these exact two vehicles, as well as some other older specimens from the fleets of the precursors to OC Transpo, in the OC Transpo historical bus collection gallery of Steve M.'s Greater Ottawa Bus Page (which is where I got the information about the model numbers).
