We had walked past this tree every day. Each time I passed it I said, "wow, that tree would look fantastic in the mist with a large raptor perched at the top". Several days into the trip, we got our wish. The shape of the tree is very interesting and beautiful, and the mist isolates and showcases the shape perfectly. Both backlight and mist help emphasize the form or shape of an object.
