Since 1965 The Chateau has provided fine dining and Southern hospitality to locals and luminaries alike. For most of that time, Victor David Cascio has been at the helm. Throughout the restaurant Victor hung photographs of notable people who came to enjoy his unique brand of entertaining.
Behind his maître d' station he has photographs of some of his favorites. They include Dean Martin, Elton John, Brooke Shields and of course Martha Stewart. With the passing of the Chateau an icon is slipping away, but wherever Victor goes, whatever he does, eminence will follow. Fair winds Victor David!
