Last month I was whining about doing a second 365 project. Today evaxebra is celebrating Day 1827, the beginning of her SIXTH straight year of self portraiture. That's right. Five years of daily creative self portraiture. Through medical school, through marriage, through residency. This chick rocks my world. I don't see how she does it.
So, I invited the glamourous Eva Czarnecki to Studio d'Xavier to help me conjure up some of that wicked evaxebra mojo. Evaxebra might not have known she had a fairy Godmother, but when I stopped at the Git n' Go for some bacon and grits this morning, I knew it was inevitable that some extra gravy would be put on my biscuits and my hashbrowns would be a crispy golden brown. And if I could just get a little of the doctor's potion to take home and put in my medicine cabinet, maybe someday I could reach Day 1827 as well.

When he pitched his tent beside her Airstream, and his herd of goats ate her pink flamingos Eva was not amused. His flute and tamborine music almost drove her mad. He slept most of the day, and transients were in and out of his tent all night. The competition from his headgear irritated her, but he was handy with a lawnmower and he kept those bicyclists from Utah from knocking on her door on Saturday mornings.

After appearing on Judge Judy, Swami Pastrami was ordered to repay Eva for the damage to her lawn. Since he had no money, he was compelled to take a job as her gardener. Eva immediately insisted he change his hat and replace her beloved pink flamingos. Pastrami saw Elvis for the first time on Eva's television, and was so taken aback that he vowed to leave the clergy forever. He buried his tamborine behind Eva's trailer in a midnight ceremony. He never told Eva about that,
