Today, when my second grandson was born, a feeling of nostalgia and joy has invaded me that has transported me to those days when, with my Nikon, I captured the first moments of my children. Photography, for me, has always been a way to immortalize the most special moments and, in this case, it is not only the birth of a new member in the family, but also an echo of those past moments.

Through my camera, I always tried to capture not only the images, but also the emotions that accompany them. Today, looking at my grandson, I can't help but remember those first photos I took of my children, those first steps of a photographic legacy that lives on in this new chapter.

This photo is a reflection of that emotional journey, a tribute to family and the passage of time. Each photograph is a bond that unites generations, a reminder that, even as the years pass, the memories we create and the emotions we feel remain in our memory, captured forever.

Every sunrise offers a unique and unrepeatable show, and this one in Peñíscola was no exception. The first rays of sunlight painted the sky with warm and vibrant tones, while the castle stood as a silent guardian over the Mediterranean. The calm sea and the serenity of the moment make waking up early completely worth it… although someone once told me that sunrises are always scheduled way too early.
