I did not go out during the heat wave. Nothing would have been moving anyhow. They were like me laying low to stay out of the heat. With cooler weather things should start moving again.
This is also the time of the year when we can get some really fantastic sunsets/sunrises. If things go right I am going o camp out on the hill at Maumee Bay and see if I can catch some from there. ( somewhere in the neighborhood of 130-150 feet high. You can see for miles if the conditions are right. )
Storm front moved through last night and I think it came out of the west -north-west. We are starting to move from summer into autumn and winter.

I think this one is going to be a cold one. Have to wait and see ! Strange things happen with the weather in this region. Weather guessers can predict a nice day and we can end up getting a foot of snow. It can change that fast !
