I took my bike up to the top of Cadair Idris, Wales at the weekend. I rode up most of it, then I had to walk and carry my bike to the top! I had to leave it about 40ft from the summit as it was a small scramble to the very top. I did get a bit nervous at first as I didn't want to fall off so high up! This video is a of some of the way back down it took much longer than the video shows. The first part was a nightmare with rocks everywhere! It was almost 3000ft all the way back to the car all down hill. The first part was much steeper than it looks in the video. I wrote the tracks, the first one is called We All Do.

This is one of a few videos I am making from my trip in the Highlands this summer. This video is of a bike ride through Glen Sligachan, which runs through the Cuillin Mountains. It was an eye opener on how difficult and un prepared I was. My bag was way too heavy with a lot of the wrong things, I thought it would take about 4 hours but ended up at 6. It was however one of the most memorable and stunning trips I have ever done, but reminded me I couldn't do everything I had planned on for the trip. This was a there and back ride to the beach. I wrote the music.

I rode up to Dunkery Beacon yesterday. I normally do the off road bit all the way back to the car, but it took longer than I expected to get to the top so I took the much faster short cut down the road. This is the end part from the top to the car. I recorded the music.

I think this is my favourite bike video I have done. It wasn't supposed to be comical, but the second half there is a lot going on! I took this from the top of the moor on Exmoor, down into Porlock and finish at the beach. It is better with the sound up for the second part. The ride back up was not so much fun! Also I'm not chasing the two people with there shopping!
