Hastings & District 561 is a Bristol VRT/SL3/6LXB with Eastern Coach Works bodywork. New in 1979 as Maidstone & District 5861, it was transferred to Hastings & District in 1983.
Acquired by Guide Friday in 1989, it was converted to open-top and put to work on the York tour. It passed to Top Line, York in 2002 and was with Bennett, Kilwinning during 2004-5. It was acquired by Embling (Judd's), Guyhirn in 2005
