Barnsley & District 159 is a Leyland Tiger TRCTL11/3R with Plaxton Paramount 3500 coachwork. It was new to Appleby, Conisholme in 1983 registered LFE 777Y. Later reregistered 128 NNU, it was acquired by Yorkshire Terrier, Holbrook. It was transferred to Barnsley & District in 2001. At some point it was fitted with a Volvo engine.
It was later transferred to Strathtay where it was numbered 404.

Road Car 288 is seen in Scunthorpe. It is a Leyland National 2 NL116L11/1R which was new in 1980 as Alexander Midland MPN36. It moved to Strathtay (no. SN8) in 1985 and to Northern Scottish (NPN18) in 1987. Further moves took it to Fife (388) in 1989 and to Ribble (348) in 1996. It was acquired by Road Car in December 1997.

Yorkshire Traction 350 is a MCW Metrorider MF154/12, photographed in South Elmsall. New in 1988 as Strathclyde Buses M110, it later became no. GM60 in the GCT subsidiary fleet. It was subsequently acquired by Traction Group subsidiary Strathtay as no. 214 and later transferred to the main Yorkshire Traction fleet as no. 350.

Road Car 482 is arriving at Springfields for the 2002 Spalding Flower Festival. It is a Volvo B10M with Plaxton Paramount III 3200 which was new in 1992 as Strathtay SV1,, registered K401 JSR.

Road Car 622 stands in Retford Bus Station prior to departing on Service 37 to Newark. A Leyland Olympian ONLXB/1R with Eastern Coach Works bodywork, it was new as Alexander (Northern) NLO22 in 1982, later moving to Strathtay (no. SO6). It was transferred within Traction Group to Lincolnshire in 1998.
