Fluidr / Fort Point lighthouse under the Golden Gate Bridge by Teelicht

Fort Point was built 1853-1861 on the ruins of a spanish/mexican fort in order to secure San Francisco Bay. 1864 the lighthouse was erected on a fort building. Since 1937 the Golden Gate Bridge traverses the fort.
