A fascinating timepiece of history. The now dubbed Penn Can Mall clock as it sits in 2007 in Driver's Village has a vast history dating back to over a century ago! This 22 foot, Victorian-era street clock built by the Boston-based E. Howard Clock Co. once garnished the streets of downtown Tacoma, WA and was submitted to Penn Can Mall for its 1976 opening. As a symbol of resilience to this timeless piece, its been restored and kept alive today in the former mall's concourse.
