Another long-running McDonald's in Garden City, also home of the first Kmart. This nearby McDonald's opened in 1965 as a classic drive-up location before converting to the climate-controlled, restaurant mansard style in 1971, where it remains today. Its days are numbered with the gray-box spector looming over this deteriorating one on Middlebelt Road.
