Looking upon the West Concourse at Fair Oaks Mall in Fairfax, Virginia in Summer 2018, which has undergone some major changes in just the past few years. Though the "Customer Service" booth has changed in name, the seating area was once host to a recessed stairs seating area, commonly found in Taubman Centers during the 1970s until the late 1980s. The foilage bed, seen to the lower right and elevator are some vestiges of the original enclosed seating area aesthetic.

Fair Oaks is still a promiment mall in the area, still owned and operated by the Taubman Company.
