The lone anchor JCPenney in its 1970s-adorned decor. Vacancies pepper the halls of the dated and somewhat vulnerable Auburn Mall who garners a decent amount of foot traffic for a weekend. Despite its struggle, Auburn Mall serves as an oasis with its closest mall 28 miles to the northeast.
