Fluidr / Air Guard 400 launches at Richmond International Raceway by The National Guard

Air Force Lt. Gen. Harry M. Wyatt III, the director of the Air National Guard, presented the Air Guard 400 trophy to the winner of the Sept. 11 race, Denny Hamlin, who secured a number-one seed in the NASCAR "Chase for the Cup" at Richmond International Raceway.
