The Soldiers, members of the Arkansas Agriculture Development Team in Zabul, visited the bazaar to locate stores that supply farming materials and equipment in order to establish a supply chain to support the team's agricultural education and training programs throughout the province. The Arkansas National Guard ADT brings with them expertise in a wide array of farming, agriculture and irrigation specialties.

PAKTYA PROVINCE, Afghanistan – Soldiers from Company C, 3rd Battalion, 172nd Infantry Regiment, Vermont National Guard and the 203rd Afghan National Army Corps watch as the CH-47 Chinook helicopter that brought them to the village of Mengal Kheyl, Zormat district of Afghanistan’s Paktya province, lands at the completion of an air assault mission, April 22.
