Starts Sunday April 5 12-4pm
for 2 sessions

Transform old t-shirts into a flattering, comfortable, sexy corset top. This class will focus on some of the age-old sewing techniques discussed in the Alabama Stitch Book. Learn how to how properly deconstruct old shirts to repurpose them for new items and how to sew jersey by hand and machine. Reverse appliqué will be
used to create a layered and patterned look to this unique garment. Each student will receive a copy of Alabama Stitch Book ($42 value), which includes patterns and instructions for 20 other projects using these techniques and others.
