special workshop presented with Rachel MacHenry of the Contemporary Textile Studio and the workroom.

In this creative workshop, you will learn how to work out an idea and colour palette for a textile to be used in making a simple bag. Using water-based pigments, you will translate your design onto fabric with stencils, direct print and hand-painting methods. The third class will take place at the workroom where you will learn how to put together your bag and attach synthetic leather handles. All levels of experience welcome.
