For the Eurobricks Technic Challenge #9, create an A and B model using the same parts, with both being under 10,000 cubic students.

Model A is a snowblower with HOG steering, a 2 cylinder fake motor, rear wheel drive, portal axles, working snowblower rotation and snowblower lift, working salt discharge/moving door, and working salt spreader. The model is modular with a removable blower, cab, and spreader.

Model volume is HxWxL, 17x17x34=9826
