While shooting the week before last I ran into Kevin on the streets of Downtown Houston. Kevin stopped me and my friend Almond and told me that he wasn't asking for money but that he was really hungry and could I buy him something to eat. I told Kevin about my $2 Portrait Project and he agreed to pose.
Kevin said that he's originally from San Antonio Texas, but that he likes Houston more. He said that he is unemployed but that he used to drive a truck He said he had his drivers license suspended though after getting into an accident without insurance. Kevin said that he didn't have any kids.
We chatted for a bit more and I paid him his $2 and he went on his way.
