Lack of motivation was a factor for me this SHIPtember; I nearly didn't build anything but I was inspired by seeing other builders begin in the first few days of the month.
My SHIP building experience was a mix of fun, frustration, bursts of inspiration, laziness and missed opportunities to put in parts or components that I wanted to. The six stud width was surprisingly restrictive, I found. There are many, many areas that need improvement but this year was all about just building it rather than getting things perfect.
