From the archives.
I've been experimenting with new techniques recently (extreme wide aperture long exposures during daytime with more than 20 stops, intentional movement with long exposures, etc.) but they didn't come out good enough for me. I will try again in the days to come.
So here's one from the archives with conventional techniques.

Sometimes photography is just about being at the right place at the right time. I didn't plan to take this picture at all. I was just driving home after I already took some pictures, when the sky suddenly turned pink. I stopped the car immediately, got out and took a couple of shots. I was just in time, because 2 minutes later the pink sky was completely gone. I already posted a similar shot a few days ago but I thought this sunset was so beautiful it deserved another exposure. Besides that, the colors are very Flickr-ish.
What I like most on this photo isn't the colors but the people on the foreground. If you look closely they are communicating with each other, they are not skating.
Note: these are the real colors as spotted that day, no PS enhancements needed. Well, only a few basic corrections.

The Shell is a swimming pool in a little place called Bergen op Zoom,
The Netherlands. Its location is right next to the water on the
boulevard of the Bergse Plaat (a district in Bergen op Zoom).
This swimming pool's got the shape of a seashell, hence its name "The Shell".
At night The Shell looks absolutely stunning. The lighting makes the
colors of this building really stand out.
