More architecture: a windengine. These days windengines are used quite often in the Netherlands by major power companies as one of many powersources. This is a relatively small windengine but when standing directly under these massive rotating blades, the noice produced is quite frightening.

Wel, I think I'm done with landscapes now. At least for most of the time. From now on I have a new obsession: architectural shots. You will see a lot more stairs, towers, officebuildings, bridges and of course detailshots of them. Today I shot some towers. This is a radio and tv tower. I don't think it is still in use as a tv tower in this digital age. But it still looks great, especially in B&W. You have to know that the sky was bright blue, and when I see something like that I'm thinking: black sky!
