As a schoolboy in the 1970s I experimented with various photographic techniques. This was made by rotating a pair of scissors in a darkened room in front of the camera with the shutter locked open. I used coloured light and sometimes added electronic flash to freeze the movement.
The film was Ferrania Colour CR50, home processed in E6 chemistry.
