Praa Sands is well worth a visit if you find yourself in West Cornwall. Go to the east end of the beach, away from the visitors. Best at sunset along with a low or falling tide.

Polly Joke or Porth Joke is a sandy cove a mile or so west of Newquay down here in Cornwall. Great for surfing and also great for poppies around June time.

A bit of Cornish colour and a low tide go together to make a nice coastal image.
